Arbor Realty Trust Prices $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

04:13 PM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arbor Realty Trust ( ABR ) said late Wednesday it priced a private offering of $500 million senior notes due 2030, bearing a rate of 7.875%.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to refinance, redeem or repay its outstanding 7.50% notes due 2025 and for general corporate purposes.

The offering is expected to close on July 9, the company added.
