08:58 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arbor Realty Trust ( ABR ) reported Q2 distributable earnings Friday of $0.25 per diluted share, down from $0.45 a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.23.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and other revenue, was $130.4 million, down from $153.1 million a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by FactSet expected $129.3 million.

The board said it will distribute an unchanged quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, payable Aug. 29 to stockholders of record as of Aug. 15.
