Revenue for the quarter ended June 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and total other revenue, was $115.9 million, down from $130.4 million a year earlier.

Three analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $107.7 million.

Shares of the company were down 2.2% in Friday premarket activity.
