Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.34.

Net interest income for the quarter ended June 30 was $88 million, down from $108.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $96.9 million.

The company said it has maintained its quarterly dividend of $0.43 per share, payable Aug. 30 to shareholders of record Aug. 16.
