ARC Resources Announces Offering of $1 Billion Unsecured Notes

05:26 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ARC Resources ( AETUF ) Tuesday after close of trade said it is offering $1-billion aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes.

These consist of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 3.577% Senior Unsecured Notes, Series 3 due 2028 and $450 million aggregate principal amount of 4.409% Senior Unsecured Notes, Series 4 due 2032.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about June 17, 2025, and DBRS Morningstar has assigned a provisional rating of BBB with a Stable trend to the notes.

ARC intends to use the net proceeds, together with the previously announced committed term loan and drawings under ARC's existing credit facilities, to purchase the Kakwa Assets from Strathcona Resources, pursuant to the definitive agreement announced on May 14, 2025.

Any remaining balance will be used for general corporate purposes.
