Arcadium Lithium Shareholders Approve Rio Tinto Takeover Deal; Shares Up After Hours

04:44 PM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arcadium Lithium ( ARLTF ) said late Monday its shareholders approved the company's proposed acquisition by Rio Tinto (RIO).

In October, Arcadium Lithium ( ARLTF ) agreed to be acquired by Rio Tinto for $5.85 per share in cash.

Shares of Arcadium were up 4.2% in after-hours activity.
