ArcelorMittal Prices $1 Billion Notes Offering

03:51 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ArcelorMittal ( MT ) said Tuesday it priced an offering of $500 million of 6% notes due 2034 and $500 million of 6.35% notes due 2054.

The company plans to use the net proceeds of about $989.3 million for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on June 17.

Price: 25.24, Change: +0.11, Percent Change: +0.44
