03:16 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ArcelorMittal ( MT ) reported Thursday Q3 adjusted earnings of $0.62 per share, down from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.57.

Sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $15.66 billion, up from $15.2 billion a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $15.5 billion.

Shares were up 4.9% in premarket trade Thursday.
