Arch Biopartners to Raise $350,000 in Private Placement

08:53 AM EST, 03/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arch Biopartners ( ACHFF ) on Wednesday said it will raise $350,000 through a non-brokered private placement of shares.

The company will offer up to 225,800 common shares at $1.55 each with proceeds slated for general purposes. The offering is expected to close on March 6.

The shares closed down 1.6% on Tuesday at $1.82.
