10:21 AM EDT, 08/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation ( ACHR ) said Thursday that it acquired a patent portfolio and a manufacturing facility to advance the development of its defense aircraft and meet growing demand from global defense programs.

Financial details of the transactions weren't provided.

Archer said it acquired a patent portfolio from Karem Aircraft spin-off Overair, as well as composite manufacturing assets and a 60,000-square-foot manufacturing facility from Mission Critical Composites.
