Archer Aviation Chief Financial Officer Mark Mesler Steps Down

05:20 AM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation ( ACHR ) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Mark Mesler, who has been on medical leave since September, has stepped down from his role, effective July 7.

Priya Gupta, who has served as the company's CFO and acting principal financial officer during Mesler's leave, will continue to serve in her same capacity, according to a regulatory filing.

Archer Aviation ( ACHR ) said Harsh Rungta will continue to serve as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer and principal accounting officer.
