11:20 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation ( ACHR ) said Tuesday it joined the Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation in announcing a five-country alliance to streamline the certification and deployment of electric vertical takeoff and landing, or eVTOL, aircraft globally.

The alliance includes the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the US, Archer said.
