10:20 AM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Archer Aviation ( ACHR ) and Korean Air said Monday they have signed an agreement to commercialize Archer's Midnight electric vertical take-off and landing, or eVTOL, aircraft in the country.

The parties plan for Korean Air to purchase up to 100 Midnight aircraft as part of the partnership, they said. The Midnight is a piloted aircraft to transport four passengers.

Archer shares were up over 3% in recent trading.
