Archer-Daniels-Midland CFO Vikram Luthar to Resign, Effective Sept. 30

05:55 PM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ) said Monday that Vikram Luthar, the chief financial officer on administrative leave amid an investigation into the agriculture firm's accounting practices, will resign, effective Sept. 30.

Luthar "will be available to assist the company and provide transitional support as needed, as a non-executive employee" until the resignation, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Luthar was put on leave on Jan. 21 amid the accounting probe.
