09:48 AM EDT, 08/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Archer-Daniels-Midland ( ADM ) said Friday that it will cease operations at its plant in Bushnell, Illinois.

The company did not disclose details on the employees who will be affected by the Bushnell plant closure, but said they are "prioritizing treating any affected colleagues with respect."

ADM said it is taking steps to improve its global soy protein production network by capitalizing on the operational leverage of its recently recommissioned soy protein facility in Decatur, Illinois.
