04:38 PM EST, 01/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arcos Dorados ( ARCO ) said late Friday it launched a cash tender offer to buy up to $150 million of its 6.125% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029.

Holders who tender by 5:00 pm New York City time on Feb. 12 will receive $1,030 per $1,000, which includes a $30 early payment. Notes tendered after Feb. 12 and before the offer expires at 5:00 pm on March 2 will receive $1,000 per $1,000.

The maximum tender amount may be increased at the company's discretion, according to the statement.
