Arcos Dorados Names New CEO

04:16 PM EDT, 06/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arcos Dorados Holdings ( ARCO ) said late Friday its board has named Luis Raganato as chief executive officer, starting July 1.

Raganato, serving as chief operating officer since July 2019, succeeds Marcelo Rabach, who decided to step down but will retain his role as a board member, the firm said.

Arcos said Carlos Gonzalez, currently president of the South Latin American division, will succeed Raganato as COO from July 1.
