11:04 AM EST, 01/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arcos Dorados Holdings ( ARCO ) said Friday its Arcos Dorados BV unit plans to launch a senior unsecured notes offering via a private placement.

Terms of the notes were not disclosed.

The McDonald's franchisee said the unit will use the proceeds to finance a tender offer conducted by the company to buy any and all of its 5.875% outstanding senior notes due 2027 and for general corporate purposes.
