04:44 PM EST, 12/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arcosa ( ACA ) said late Thursday it renewed its $50 million share buyback plan, effective Jan. 1, 2025, through Dec. 31, 2026.

The latest plan replaces the one with the same amount that will expire on Dec. 31, the company said.

The company also said it kept its quarterly dividend at $0.05 per share, payable on Jan. 31 to shareholders of record on Jan. 15.
