ARCpoint Closes Sale of Stake in Achieve Behavioral Health Greenville

07:05 AM EST, 01/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ARCpoint ( ARCPF ) late on Friday said it has completed the sale of its 68% stake in Achieve Behavioral Health Greenville for US$480,000.

The company received US$360,000 in cash plus the settlement of US$120,000 in amounts owing between ARCpoint ( ARCPF ) and the buyers of the Achieve stake.
