07:33 AM EDT, 07/02/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings ( ARCT ) agreed on a strategic collaboration with Thermo Fisher Scientific ( TMO ) to support the phase 3 development and potential commercialization of Arcturus' investigational therapy ARCT-032 for cystic fibrosis, according to a Thursday statement.

The collaboration allows for the use of Thermo Fisher's Accelerator Drug Development solutions, covering manufacturing and clinical research, to advanced the therapy's phase 2 development through potential commercialization, Arcturus said. No financial terms were disclosed.

Should Arcturus' phase 2 program close with positive results, the company said it expects to carry out the phase 2 program through Thermo Fisher's PPD clinical research business. A separate deal will give Thermo Fisher exclusive commercial manufacturing rights should ARCT-032 receive approval, Arcturus added.
