08:34 AM EDT, 08/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ardagh Metal Packaging ( AMBP ) said Friday it has named Stefan Schellinger chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1.

Schellinger, who served as ContourGlobal's global CFO, will succeed David Bourne, the company said.

Bourne will leave the company next month following a handover period, Ardagh Metal Packaging ( AMBP ) added.
