Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.23.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.65 billion, up from $1.47 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.51 billion.

Re-affirming its guidance, the company said it expects full-year 2025 earnings of $1.73 to $2.01 per diluted share. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.94.

Ardent expects revenue of $6.20 billion to $6.45 billion for the full year. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $6.33 billion.

Shares of the company were 6.8% higher in premarket activity Wednesday.
