Ardmore Shipping Files $500 Million Mixed Shelf

04:54 PM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ardmore Shipping ( ASC ) late Friday filed a registration statement for up to $500 million of several securities.

The company may offer and sell securities, including common and preferred stock, debt securities, convertible debt securities, warrants, and units, from time to time in one or more offerings.

The company said net proceeds will be used for paying or refinancing outstanding debt, working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions or stock repurchases.
