Arena Group Regains Compliance With NYSE American Continued Listing Rules

12:14 PM EDT, 06/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Arena Group ( AREN ) said Thursday it has regained compliance with the NYSE American's continued listing standards.

The technology and media company said the resolution was achieved in advance of the April 2026 deadline set by the exchange.

Arena Group ( AREN ) shares were about 1% lower in recent trading.
