Ares Capital Prices $1 Billion of 2032 Notes

05:49 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Capital ( ARCC ) said late Thursday it has priced its underwritten public offering of $1 billion of its 5.8% notes due March 8, 2032.

The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay some outstanding debt.
