Ares Capital Prices $650 Million Offering in 5.1% Unsecured Notes Due 2031

05:50 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Capital ( ARCC ) priced its $650 million underwritten public offering of 5.1% unsecured notes due Jan. 15, 2031.

The offering is expected to close Sept. 9, the company said Tuesday in a statement.

Net proceeds will be used to repay existing debt under its credit facilities.
