07:41 AM EDT, 10/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) and FS KKR Capital ( FSK ) have received approval from the European Commission to jointly acquire Production Resource Group, or PRG, the regulator said Wednesday.

The Commission said the deal, which relates to the entertainment and event technology services sector, does not raise competition concerns due to the companies' "limited market positions."
