Ares Management Limits Private Credit Fund Withdrawals at 5%

09:59 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) said in a Tuesday filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission that it is restricting withdrawals from its private credit fund, Ares Strategic Income Fund.

The company said it has limited redemptions at 5% of shares, or $524.5 million, and it plans to buy back 43.1% of the requested amounts.

Ares said it estimates that 11.6% of outstanding fund shares were tendered before the March 20 deadline.

Shares of Ares were down 3.3% in early Tuesday trading.
