09:29 AM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) said Monday that it has priced its European direct lending collateralized loan obligation at 305 million British pounds ($412.7 million).

Ares European direct lending CLO 1 is the first reinvesting CLO in the European direct lending market, as well as one of the first direct lending CLOs issued in Europe, the company said.

The CLO comprises directly originated and actively managed loans issued by more than 50 UK-based middle-market firms that primarily operate in defensive industries, Ares said.
