03:20 AM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) said late Wednesday it priced a public offering of about 2.7 million shares of its class A common stock at $134.75 per share.

The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to 397,500 additional shares.

Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.
