Ares Management Provides Additional $300 Million Financing to Tempus

03:58 AM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) said late Tuesday that Ares Credit funds served as the administrative agent on $300 million in incremental debt financing for Tempus AI (TEM).

The company said Ares Credit funds provided Tempus total debt of about $560 million, including $260 million in 2022 and 2023.
