06:39 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) reported Q2 after-tax realized income Friday of $1.03 per share, up from $0.99 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.08.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.35 billion, compared with $788.7 million a year earlier.

Four analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.01 billion.

The company maintained a quarterly dividend of $1.12 per share of its Class A and non-voting common stock, payable on Sept. 30 to stockholders of record on Sept. 16.
