08:37 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ares Management ( ARES ) said Wednesday that it closed approximately $13.8 billion in US direct lending commitments from 90 transactions in Q4 of 2024.

For the year ended Dec. 31, the company said it closed approximately $48.2 billion in direct lending commitments from 341 transactions.

Shares of Ares Management ( ARES ) were down 4.4% in recent premarket activity.
