04:28 PM EDT, 04/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Argan (AGX) said Thursday its board approved an increase in the company's stock repurchase program to $150 million from $125 million.

Additionally, the company said it maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.375 per share, payable April 30 to shareholders of record as of April 22.

Shares of Argan were up 2.1% in after-hours activity.
