Argan Names Josh Baugher as CFO

05:19 PM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Argan (AGX) said Wednesday that Josh Baugher, corporate controller, will become chief financial officer.

He succeeds Richard Deily, 71, who is retiring effective Sept. 15., the company said.
