BUENOS AIRES, Dec 16 (Reuters) - Argentina's state-run

oil company YPF formed a partnership called VMOS S.A.

with oil companies Vista Energy Argentina, Pampa

Energia and Pan American Sur to export oil

from the Vaca Muerta shale formation, the company announced on

Monday.
