Argo Living Soils Up on Appointment of Scott Smale as Chief Executive

12:51 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Argo Living Soils ( ARLSF ) on Tuesday appointed director Scott Smale as its new chief executive.

Robert Intile stepped down as CEO but will continue to serve as a director of Argo.

The company said Smale "has 35 years of experience in design, construction, and project management for large commercial construction projects. Mr. Smale has worked in Canada and the United States as a tradesman, commercial superintendent, high-rise structural superintendent and now as construction manager for large-scale commercial projects".

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.03 to $0.77 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
