08:13 AM EST, 03/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arizona Metals Corp. ( AZMCF ) on Wednesday highlighted the latest drill results from the Kay Mine Project in Arizona.
Among the highlights, hole KM-23-127 intersected 25.6 meters at 2.1 grams per ton of gold equivalent, including 1.5 meters at 9 grams per ton of gold equivalent, from a vertical depth of 95 meters. This hole extended mineralization 32 meters to the south of hole KM-23-125, leaving shallow mineralization open in this direction for follow-up drilling, and shows "excellent" continuity of thick mineralization below and south of KM-23-123.
Hole KM-23-128 returned 21.5 meters at 1.8 grams per ton of gold equivalent, including 4.1 meters at 5.2 grams per ton of gold equivalent, from a vertical depth of 222 meters. This hole confirmed continuous mineralization in a 90-meter gap along the southern edge of the deposit.
Hole KM-23-132 intersected 26.5 meters at 1.9% copper equivalent, including 2.4 meters at 4% copper equivalent and 2.7 meters at 4.4% copper equivalent, from a vertical depth of 222 meters.
Hole KM-23-133 intersected 12.8 meters at 1.8% copper equivalent and 22.1 meters at 0.64% copper equivalent, including 0.5 meters @ 36.8 grams per ton of gold equivalent, from a vertical depth of 214 meters.
