10:01 AM EDT, 09/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arizona Sonoran Copper ( ASCUF ) increased its public offering by $5 million, to at least $30 million with funds slated to develop the Cactus Mine project in Arizona.

The underwriters will now purchase 20.7 million Arizona Sonoran shares at $1.45 each. A 15% over-allotment option has also been granted to the underwriters, which, if fully exercised, would increase the offering to $34.5 million.

The offering is expected to close on or about October 9.
