The company is selling 22.5-million shares priced at $2.00 apiece.

The company also granted the underwriters a 15% overallotment option at the same price.

Arizona Sonoran is advancing the brownfield Cactus project.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $2.09 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
