11:08 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ARKO (ARKO) said Monday its subsidiary, GPM Investments, has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Apollo Power.
Under the agreements, GPM will evaluate the deployment of Apollo Power's solar energy solutions at about 300 sites in the US, the company said, adding that the project will include engineering, procurement and construction services, spanning over a few years and costing about $53 million.
ARKO also said the parties are slated to finalize binding agreements within 60 days.
Financial details of the agreements were not disclosed.
Shares of ARKO were down over 3% in recent Monday trading.
