Arm Fiscal Q1 Non-GAAP EPS, Revenue Rise; FY 2025 Guidance Unchanged; Shares Fall After Hours

04:34 PM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arm (ARM) reported fiscal Q1 non-GAAP earnings Wednesday of $0.40 per diluted share, up from $0.24 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.35.

Revenue in the quarter ended June 30 rose to $939 million from $675 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $906.5 million.

The company expects Q2 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.23 to $0.27 on revenue of $780 million to $830 million.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect EPS of $0.28 on revenue of $812.8 million.

The company still expects fiscal 2025 non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.45 to $1.65 on revenue of $3.8 billion to $4.1 billion.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect EPS of $1.57 on revenue of $4 billion.

The company's shares slumped 7.3% in recent after-hours trading.
