Arm Holdings Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings Fall, Revenue Rises; FY 2025 Outlook Reaffirmed; Shares Drop After Hours

04:44 PM EST, 11/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Arm Holdings ( ARM ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP earnings late Wednesday of $0.30 per diluted share, down from $0.36 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.26.

Revenue in the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to $844 million from $806 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $809.8 million.

For fiscal Q3, the company expects non-GAAP diluted EPS in the range of $0.32 to $0.36 on revenue of $920 million to $970 million. Analysts forecast normalized EPS of $0.34 on revenue of $950.1 million.

For fiscal 2025, Arm still expects non-GAAP diluted EPS of $1.45 to $1.65 on revenue of $3.8 billion to $4.1 billion. Analysts project normalized EPS of $1.56 on revenue of $3.97 billion.

Arm stock fell 3.7% in after-hours trading.

SAF is produced using feedstock and other sources like used cooking oil and animal waste fat, and potential sources include solid waste from homes and businesses, such as packaging, paper, textiles, and food scraps. According to IATA, SAF is the "fuel that has the potential to generate lower carbon emissions than conventional kerosene on a life cycle basis".
