ARM Holdings Q1 Adjusted Earnings Fall, Revenue Rise; Fiscal Q2 Outlook Set

04:16 PM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ARM Holdings ( ARM ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.35 per diluted share, down from $0.40 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.35.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $1.05 billion from $939 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected revenue of $1.05 billion.

The company is projecting fiscal Q2 adjusted earnings per share of $0.29 to $0.37 on revenue of $1.01 billion to $1.11 billion. Analysts are looking for $0.35 and $1.06 billion, respectively.

ARM shares were falling 6% in recent after-hours activity.
