04:46 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Acquisition Corp. II (AACIU) said Tuesday that it has priced its initial public offering of 20 million units at $10 per unit for a total of $200 million.
Each unit consists of 1 class A common share and half of a redeemable warrant, with a whole warrant exercisable for 1 class A share at $11.50, according to the statement. The company said it granted the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3 million units at the same IPO price.
Armada Acquisition said it expects the units to start trading on Nasdaq under the ticker "AACIU" on Wednesday and once the securities comprising the units start trading separately, the shares will trade under "AACI" and the warrants under "AACIW."
The company expects to close the IPO on Thursday.
