08:27 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Hoffler Properties ( AHH ) said Tuesday that Stifel Financial ( SF ) has leased 35,000 square feet of office space at the Wills Wharf building on the Baltimore waterfront.

Armada said that its more than 1 million square feet of office space at the mixed-use Harbor Point community, where Wills Wharf is located, is 98% leased.
