05:20 AM EST, 02/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Hoffler Properties ( AHH ) said Monday it plans to sell certain assets and change its corporate name as part of a new strategic restructuring plan.
The company has signed a letter of intent with a global real estate investment management firm for the potential sale of 11 of its 14 multifamily assets in its portfolio.
Armada Hoffler also said it's under letters of intent pertaining to the potential sale of its construction business and a majority of its real estate financing platform investments, expecting to close the deals this year.
Net proceeds from the potential deals are expected to be used for debt repayments.
Armada Hoffler said it will change its corporate name to AH Realty Trust and trade on the NYSE under the new ticker symbol AHRT, effective March 2.
The company's shares were up 1.6% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
