07:10 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Armada Hoffler (AHH) said Thursday it signed three office leases totaling about 20,000 square feet at its Interlock development in Atlanta.

The agreements with Directional Capital, Look Listen, and Levy, Sibley, Foreman & Speir fill some of the space left vacant by WeWork, the company said.

Armada Hoffler added that the new deals follow earlier leases with The Gathering Spot and F1 Arcade.

The Interlock includes office, retail, and entertainment space in a mixed-use layout, according to the company.
