Armstrong World Industries Acquires A. Zahner

08:22 AM EST, 12/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Armstrong World Industries ( AWI ) said Wednesday that it has acquired A. Zahner Company, a producer of architectural metalwork.

Armstrong said it funded the acquisition with existing cash and its revolving credit facility.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
